Organization
The Group is organized in Divisions and the manufacturing sector is divided into five divisions, to rationalize production activities and to consolidate management and these include the following companies and industrial Units:

A)Establishment Division
The holding company A. K. Khan & Co. Ltd. was established by our Chairman in 1945 based out of Chittagong, Bangladesh. The principal activity of this company has been to act as managing agents for the diverse units of the GROUP. It is now actively involved in the establishment of Joint Ventures with Multinational Companies.

B) International Division
Our International Division led by a Resident Director is head-quartered in Dhaka, with its major activities focused on trading, initiating, joint-ventures and establishing affiliation for the GROUP in major markets of the world. The GROUP has established international Affiliation in Japan, United Kingdom, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Turkey, China, Singapore and Malaysia.

Plantation Division:
Involved in rubber and tea plantation.

Involved in manufacturing of jute products for export market.

Khan-Elin Corporation Ltd:
Involved in manufacturing of electronic product such as motor pumps, fans, transformer, switches, gears etc.
